SettingsProvider - класс

GetSettingsAsync	Возвращает настройки расширений. Возвращаемое значение не равно null. При первом обращении выполняет инициализацию настроек. Если при инициализации возникли ошибки, то выбрасывается исключение.

InvalidateAsync	Удаляет закэшированные настройки так, что при следующем обращении к настройкам будет выполнена их инициализация.
