Создаёт экземпляр класса с указанием его свойств.

CancellationToken	Объект, посредством которого можно отменить асинхронную задачу.
Settings	Настройки плагина.
StopRequested	Определяет, была ли вызвана graceful-остановка плагина.
StopRequestedToken	Токен отмены плагина, который запрашивается сразу при установке свойства StopRequested равным true, т.е. в момент запроса остановки плагина. Совпадает с CancellationToken, если запускающая плагин среда не поддерживает graceful-остановку плагина.
ValidationResult	Построитель результата валидации.
