CheckLicenseAsync	Выполняет проверку наличия лицензии WorkflowEngine с учётом возможности лицензирования отдельных шаблонов.
CheckPartialLicenseAsync	Выполняет проверку наличия частичной лицензии WorkflowEngine. Частичная лицензия доступна, если есть хотя бы один зарегистрированный шаблон процесса.
